Clinton-William Neal Krouse, 65, formerly of Princeton, passed away peacefully at Sterling Village on Thursday, April 5, 2018. He is survived by his beloved wife of 21 years, Eileen (Murphy) Krouse; his daughter, Caitlin Krouse of Providence, RI; sister, Judy Sabine & husband John of Orange; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many dear friends. He is pre-deceased by his parents Charles Krouse and Julia (Lynch) Krouse Partenheimer, and his brother, Charles Krouse.
Bill was born in Colorado Springs, CO, and was later raised in Orange, MA. He attended Mahar Regional High School and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Passionate for telling stories, Bill worked as a writer for local newspapers before enjoying a successful career in the construction field as an electrician and electrical contractor. An avid outdoorsman, he was happiest while fishing, camping, cross-country skiing, hiking, golfing, and gardening. Bill was a devoted sports fan who closely followed professional and college sports, and coached both youth basketball and softball. He loved to entertain, whether cooking in the kitchen or on the grill. Bill will be forever missed by his family and remembered lovingly by all who had the pleasure to have known him. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 10AM until 12PM with a service to follow at 12PM in the Philbin-Comeau Funeral Home, 176 Water St., Clinton.
