Leominster-Ilvrance Pierre, 96, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Friday, July 20, 2018.  She is survived by her son, Jean-Claude Mathieu & his wife Erly Mathieu; her grandchildren; Kerby Mathieu; Cassandre Williams & her husband Kenny Williams; and Merlyne Aaron & her husband Fitz-Robert Aaron, all of Leominster; Danielle Ferguson & Jonathan Martin; granddaughter-in-law, Marie Mathieu; great-grandchildren, Kai, Israel, and London, nieces, nephews, and other dear friends too numerous to mention.  She is pre-deceased by her soul mate, Metellus Mathieu, and her six brothers. 
Ilvrance was born in Limbe, Haiti to the late Clotaire & Ametis Pierre. She attended local schools and worked as a career seamstress.  Ilvrance emigrated to the United States in 1983 and devoted herself to her family, raised her grand and great-grandchildren.  She was a woman of great faith, devout member, and Deaconess of the Bethel Haitian Seventh-day Adventist Church in Clinton.  Talented in sewing and crochet, Ilvrance made clothes and blankets for those she loved.  She enjoyed reading, writing, and was happiest while in the company of her family and friends.  Her Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 27, 2018 at 10AM at the Village Church of Seventh-day Adventists, 75 Sawyer St., South Lancaster; burial will follow in Reservoir Pines Cemetery, Clinton.  A Calling Hour will be held in the church prior to services from 9:30-10AM.  Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care of Philbin-Comeau Funeral Home, 176 Water St., Clinton.  Online condolences may be placed at
